Kids can lose up to 28% of their reading skills over summer. Read to Succeed stops this slide by keeping kids reading and learning.

What You Can Expect

What Parents Love

Read to Succeed provides a seamless transition from the school year to summer learning. Read to Succeed works directly with teachers familiar with the program who then coordinate with parents to provide guidance and support to their child while they read over the summer. 

Multilingual Support

At Read to Succeed, we understand the importance of inclusivity and accessibility. Our program information is available in English and Spanish with additional language support provided by our partner schools.

Parents Role

Parents are essential partners in Read to Succeed. You can inspire your child to read over the summer, provide support  you help your child thrive 

What Success Looks Like

Success can take many forms. It could mean seeing your child develop a newfound love for reading, witnessing their academic progress, or celebrating their completion of the summer reading program. Success could also involve watching your child receive a scholarship or seeing them gain confidence in their abilities. Ultimately, success for you as a parent is knowing that your child is engaged, supported, and working on maintaining or advancing their reading skills, setting them up for a bright future.
